Josh Appelman is a passionate and driven entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in the business world. He is the founder and builder of multiple companies that have reached seven and eight figures in revenue, earning him recognition and awards including five consecutive years on the Inc. 500/5000 list.
Josh has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a portfolio that includes apartment complexes, single family homes, industrial properties, and self-storage facilities. He excels in both the start-up and growth phases of businesses, demonstrating exceptional fundraising and networking skills to build productive partnerships with clients. His expertise in strategic oversight and valuation has led to significant bottom-line growth for his companies.
Josh is known for his honesty and ethical approach to business, as well as his extensive negotiation experience and tech-savviness.
